Terms of service
01 · 服务范围 / Service scope
本服务供指定客户与获授权学生使用。学生可通过网页或已接通的 Facebook 主页私聊提交视频，获得固定的四项输出；也可提交静态 JPG、PNG、WebP 图片，获得摘要、重点与图中文字草稿，再选择是否归档给管理层。资料库支持关键词与相关表达搜索。单张图片不超过 20 MiB、2400 万像素、单边 12000 像素，不支持动画图片。搜索根据已有分析文字匹配，可能遗漏或误召回；并非逐帧视觉检索。当前版本不自动生成剪辑成片。
The service is for the designated customer and authorized students. Students submit videos through the web or connected Facebook Page messages, receive four standard outputs, or submit static JPG, PNG or WebP images for a summary, key points and draft visible text, and choose whether to archive them for management. Images are limited to 20 MiB, 24 million pixels and 12000 pixels per side; animations are not supported. Search matches existing report text, can miss results or return weak matches, and is not frame-by-frame visual retrieval. The current version does not automatically render an edited video.
02 · 账号与上传 / Accounts and uploads
请使用分配给本人的账号，妥善保存访问码，仅上传有权提交和处理的素材。当前单个视频最大 100 MiB，每个学生最多同时有 2 个上传或处理中任务。具体可用格式、时长与容量限制以工作台提示为准。不要上传用于未经授权披露他人隐私或侵害他人权益的素材。
Use the account assigned to you, protect its access code, and submit only material you are authorized to upload and process. The current maximum file size is 100 MiB, with up to 2 active uploads or processing tasks per student. The workspace shows supported formats, duration and capacity limits. Do not submit material that unlawfully discloses others’ private information or infringes their rights.
03 · AI 输出与人工核对 / AI output and review
视频重点和剪辑建议属于辅助意见，转写和字幕是草稿。抽帧和语音识别可能遗漏、误识别或误判内容，请核对原片后再用于对外发布或教学反馈。界面中的“功能演示”和“探索更多”列出的可选模块尚未实际开发，示例不代表真实分析结果。
Highlights and editing suggestions are assistance; transcripts and subtitles are drafts. Frame sampling and speech recognition can omit or misinterpret content. Check the original before publication or educational feedback. Optional modules shown under demonstrations and future features are not implemented, and their examples are not actual analysis results.
04 · 素材与归档 / Material and archiving
上传不会将素材所有权转让给本服务。我们为提供约定的视频分析、预览和归档处理必要资料。学生确认归档后，客户管理员可查看和下载资料；本服务无法远程收回管理员已下载或另外分享的副本。
Uploading does not transfer ownership of material to this service. Necessary information is processed to provide the described analysis, preview and archiving. After student confirmation, customer administrators can view and download the material. The service cannot remotely recall copies already downloaded or shared separately.
05 · 服务运行 / Availability
当前版本为客户试用服务，处理速度受视频时长、队列、网络、计算资源和模型服务影响。Facebook 的平台权限、审核和消息规则也可能影响接入或通知。服务中断或消息未回传时，可在工作台查看任务状态，并联系服务负责人。
This is a customer pilot. Processing speed depends on video duration, queue load, network, compute resources and the model service. Facebook permissions, review and messaging rules may affect access or notifications. If service or notifications are interrupted, check task status in the workspace and contact support.
06 · 资料管理与联系 / Data management and contact
资料保存和访问规则见隐私政策，停止使用与删除申请见数据删除说明。如对服务范围、使用权限或输出有疑问，请联系 syzz10@foxmail.com。后续新增模块及商业安排需与客户另行确认。
